Getting Ready for White Glove Service
Installation day should feel like the exciting final step in your design journey—not a source of stress. At Caudelle Interior Installations, our goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and drama-free. Use the checklist below to make sure your home is fully prepared for a seamless experience.
Residential Installation Checklist
Before We Arrive:
Confirm your installation date and time with your Caudelle coordinator
Make sure all items have been received and checked for damage
Clear walkways, stairwells, and installation zones of boxes, rugs, or fragile items
Notify us of any delicate surfaces needing extra care (e.g., plaster, wallpaper, high-polish floors)
Share your floor plan or furniture layout with our crew, if available
Secure any pets and remove potential hazards
Building Access & Logistics:
Arrange for elevator access or building entry (codes, keys, concierge)
Reserve a parking/loading zone if needed
Provide any access instructions prior to arrival
During the Installation:
Ensure a decision-maker is onsite for placement guidance
Review final placement with our lead installer before we wrap up
Walk through the space to confirm satisfaction before sign-off
Pro-tip: Freshly painted walls? Allow at least 24 hours to cure before hanging art or mirrors to avoid damage.
